At Newsham Grange Farm we have created a relaxing warm ambience all of our guests can enjoy. Both the B&B and Cottage are set within 16 acres of pleasant and peaceful land setting a tranquil atmosphere throughout the grounds.

We have a number of spa like amenities available but we know it’s the simple touches that can help you unwind after a long day. All of our rooms come stocked with luxury bath products, bathrobes and slippers and for added relaxation; feather pillows are available on request. As an extra comfort each room has under floor heating throughout.

For those seeking additional spa style comforts the Falcons Nest suite has its own exclusive bath perfect to enjoy some peaceful relaxation.

Why not relax outside in your own private hot tub? Our Eagle Holiday Cottage comes complete with its own private outdoor hot tub, exclusively for guests staying in this luxury accommodation.

Nestled within our gardens, situated on a beautiful decked terrace area is our large outdoor swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the orchard, for all of our guests to indulge in.

Tucked away within the orchard we have our Garden Room. This spacious decked area with luxurious rattan seating is the ideal place to relax during the day and the perfect place to watch the sun go down on a glorious summer evening.
