Patented vapor trap eliminates carry-over of vapor-borne water droplets which may contain impurities. Fully automatic, microprocessor controls simplify operation and cleaning, while also assuring high reliability. Automatic control activates still as required to maintain a full reservoir. Automatic drain cycle combats build-up of scale, reducing the frequency of clean-up required. Unique cleaning cycle provides simple and effective cleaning of the still. Flow of cooling water automatically maintained for tap and pretreated water. Thermistor and heat sensor provide double protection against low water operation. Low water cut-off is included. Stills are CSA approved; 240 V 50/60 Hz. 15 amps for 4 L, 30 amps for 8 L (can be converted to 208V in field). Can be wall or bench mounted.
